धन्यस्तु संन्यस्यति

तुङ्गं वेश्म सुताः सतामभिमताः संख्यातिगाः संपदः
कल्याणी दयिता वयश्च नवमित्यज्ञानमूढो जनः ।
मत्वा विश्वमनश्वरं निविशते संसारकारागृहे
संदृश्य क्षणभङ्गुरं तदखिलं धन्यस्तु संन्यस्यति ॥ ~भतृहरि
Tall buildings, bright children, uncountable wealth, beautiful and dutiful wife and youth... When ignorant people have all these, they tend to think that this world is eternal and indestructible. And they enter the worldly prison voluntarily. But intelligent folks understand that all these are just ephemeral and become renounciate.
